KEWB™ BOX BENCH: Two multi-function training boxes with concealed magnetic clasps. These 2 units form the base of the box and provide the surface upon which the other mats are placed.

The concealed magnets allow the boxes to be snapped together securely in 2 configurations – a bench or a 16″ plyo box. “Break” them apart to use as parallettes, for belted squats or regular gym furniture.

* Not intended to be used as jerk-blocks or snatch-blocks.

KEWB™ BOX BENCH - Usage

Use magnets to join boxes or use them separately as a table or seat. The choice is yours!

KEWB™ MOUNTING MATS: Two sturdy 4” multi-function training mats with industrial-grade sewn-in velcro mounting strips and air vents.

These mats can be used on their own to get up to chin-up bars or gymnastics rings, or mount them to the Box Bench to be used as a sturdy, variable height, plyo box.

* Use in combination with KEWB™ SAND MATS to create drop mats to protect your flooring from dropped weights.

KEWB™ MOUNTING MATS – Usage

KEWB™ CURVED MAT: An innovative 6” multi-function training mat with a single curved edge. Use with our Telescopic Footing, Box Bench, and Mounting Mats, to create a GHD unit that is sturdy enough for competitions, yet ergonomic for athletes with lower back issues.

Wide and sturdy enough for box jumps and preacher curls. The curved edge makes an ideal surface for movements like hip thrusts, inclined bench-press, Bulgarian split squats, and various other exercises.

KEWB™ CURVED MAT – Usage

KEWB™ TELESCOPIC FOOTING: Multi-functional footing used in combination with the box bench or mats for GHD sit-ups, Nordic curls, back extensions, oblique extensions and various other exercises.

This footing has a unique design that allows the user to adjust the footing distance from the rig to accommodate various user heights.

The footing can be mounted onto any East West 75×75 mm upright hollow-section, East West power rack or KEWB™ Wall Mounted Upright.

KEWB™ TELESCOPIC FOOTING – Usage

KEWB™ SAND MATS: Tough sandbag drop mats designed to protect your flooring from dropped weights. Significantly reduces the bounce of dropped loaded barbells when used on rubber flooring. The unique ribbed profile design prevents plates and weights from rolling away, making a safer lifting environment in a crowded class or small training area.

The unique design also allows the KEWB™ Sand Mats to be rolled up and stored easily.

KEWB™ SAND MATS – Usage

KEWB™ FIXED FOOTING: Multi-functional footing used in combination with the box bench or mats for GHD sit-ups, Nordic curls, back extensions, oblique extensions and various other exercises.

The footing can be mounted onto any East West 75×75 mm upright hollow-section, East West power rack or KEWB™ Wall Mounted Upright.

KEWB™ FIXED FOOTING – Usage

KEWB™ BOX-STABILIZER: A steel scaffold that improves stability and increases safety during aggressive use of the KEWB™, especially when used in its GHD configuration in competitions. Use in combination with a sandbag or push up against a rig for added stability.

Unique design allows the unit to be folded flat for easy storage when not in use.

KEWB™ BOX-STABILIZER – Usage

KEWB™ WALL MOUNTED UPRIGHT: A 75x75mm upright hollow-section that can be used to mount the KEWB™ Footing, J-cups or other accessories that mount to rigs.

This piece can be attached to various surfaces as a substitute for users without a rig or power rack to mount the KEWB™ Telescopic or Fixed Footing.
