There likely isn’t an athlete with a better-developed upper body than the gymnast. A gymnasts command over their own body is unrivaled, and for this reason gymnastics should be a major part of your training. Gymnastics movements have hundreds of scales, and with the use of some creativity, gymnastics can be adopted into any strength program, regardless of fitness levels. Our plastic ring have an Olympic standard width of 32 mm, the very same as our wooden rings, and use the same heavy duty nylon strap and clamp system as its sibling. These rings are easy to grip and able to endure any gymnastics movement you can throw at them.
